WHY THE RESURRECTION IS THE HIGHEST FORM OF DELIVERANCE

Dear reader, God will break every chain of oppression, chain of suffering, chain of human opinion that has held you in bondage, in Jesus Name. Amen

Paul had seen miracles, visions, revelations – yet he still prayed for more: “That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection…”

Why?

Because he understood that resurrection power:

Breaks chains	Lifts burdens
Restores identity	Heals the broken
Strengthens the weak	Revives the weary
Empowers the believer to live victoriously	Restores divine purpose

Because:

No demon could stop it	No grave could hold it
No stone could block it	No soldier could guard it
No lie could bury it	No opinion or plan could oppose it

Dear friend, the resurrection is the public defeat of every power of darkness.

Colossians 2:15 – “¹⁵Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.”

Deliverance is not a fight for victory – it is a fight from victory.

HOW RESURRECTION POWER OPERATES IN DELIVERANCE TODAY

It breaks spiritual death – You come alive to God.
It breaks emotional death – Your heart comes alive again.
It breaks mental death – Your mind is renewed.
It breaks destiny death – What was buried rises again.
It breaks generational death – You become the first of a new lineage.
It breaks demonic oppression – Darkness cannot coexist with resurrection light.

– Consider the broken chain – The image of a broken chain powerfully captures the resurrection’s victory. Chains represent bondage, limitation, and captivity. When Christ rose, every chain was shattered visibly, permanently, and publicly. Nothing that once held us has the authority to restrain us anymore. The resurrection declares freedom that cannot be reversed or hidden.

Key-point; The resurrection breaks every chain – visibly, permanently and publicly. Dear reader, shout, “Hallelujah!”

By the resurrection power of God every demonic or ancestral chain of your father’s house and mother’s house is broken by the power in the blood of Jesus, in Jesus Name. Amen

– Consider a cracked vase repaired with gold (Kintsugi style) – Kintsugi repairs broken pottery with gold, making the cracks the most beautiful part. This mirrors resurrection power. God does not hide our brokenness or pretend it never happened. He transforms it into testimony. The very places once marked by pain become radiant with His healing, grace, and redemptive beauty.

Dear friend, never forget this fact; “Resurrection power does not hide your brokenness – it transforms it into beauty.”

ALTAR CALL — DELIVERANCE THROUGH THE RESURRECTION

Dear friend, the resurrection is not just a story – it is God’s declaration that nothing has the power to hold you captive.

The angel said, in Matthew 28:5–6 “Do not be afraid… He is risen.”

If Jesus rose, then:

You can rise	Your mind can rise
Your purpose can rise	Your family can rise
Your spirit can rise	Your destiny can rise

Deliverance begins with Jesus, the Resurrection and the Life.

If you are here today and you feel:

Stuck	Bound
Overwhelmed	spiritually tired
emotionally buried	or far from God

…then the resurrection is calling your name.

If you want to step out of the grave and into the life Jesus purchased for you, I invite you to come.

Come to the altar.
Come to the One who breaks chains.
Come to the One who rolls stones away.
Come to the One who calls dead things back to life.
Come and receive the power of His resurrection.

Altar call: For anyone reading this article who is not saved and wants to be part of the family of God or you want to re-dedicate your life back to Jesus, please repeat this out loud. “Lord Jesus, I believe You died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my old ways and ask You to forgive me. Come into my heart, be my Lord and Saviour. Fill me with Your Spirit and help me live for You. Thank You for saving me, in Jesus Name. Amen“

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS OF DELIVERANCE

Please read these with faith in the resurrection power of God to do the impossible in your life, family and situation:

Every grave holding my destiny, open now in Jesus’ name.
By the power of His resurrection, I rise above every limitation in Jesus Name.
Every cycle of bondage breaks now in Jesus Name.
The same Spirit that raised Jesus lives in me – I walk in freedom now, in Jesus Name.
No chain can hold what God has resurrected in Jesus Name.
Every chain of fear, shame, guilt and oppression breaks now in Jesus Name.
I step out of old cycles and into new life in Jesus Name.
What God has resurrected, no power of darkness can bury again in Jesus Name.
My mind is free. My heart is free. My spirit is free in Jesus Name.
I walk in newness of life, by the power of the risen Christ, in Jesus Name
Every dead area in my life receives resurrection life. I am who God says I am – risen, restored and redeemed.
Now declare this final one with authority, in Jesus Name. “Because He lives, I rise!” in Jesus Name. Amen

CONCLUSION:

THE RESURRECTION IS YOUR DELIVERANCE. To know the power of His resurrection is to:

Rise	Break free
Walk out	Live new
Stand strong	Hope again

Become who God called you to be

The empty tomb is your deliverance certificate.

Prayer-Arrow: By the power that raised Jesus Christ from the dead, every demonic load and yoke upon me, be lifted now and depart from my life, never to return again, in Jesus Name
