Throughout Moses’ life, he experienced several significant victories orchestrated by God. Let’s explore some of these remarkable moments:

Victory over the lures of the world

1 John 5:4: “For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.” ESV

1 John 2:16: “For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world.” NKJV

At 40 years old, Moses chose to suffer affliction with the people of God rather than enjoy the fleeting pleasures of sin. This decision marked the beginning of his spiritual journey. You must study God’s word everyday and seek the help of the Holy-Spirit daily to overcome the effects of the world and its system on your walk with God

Victory over self-importance

2 Peter 1:5-8; “5 But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, 6 to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, 7 to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. 8 For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Hebrews 13:5: “Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, ‘I will never leave you nor forsake you.’”

Initially, Moses’ focus was on himself. However, as he matured, he learned to give God all the glory and recognize that any victories were due to the Lord working in circumstances and hearts. Meditate on the verses above as they emphasize the importance of humility, contentment, and self-control, which will give you victory over that sin of exaggerated self-importance which sadly many even in the body of Christ has fallen into that subtle trap of the enemy

Victory over disobedience

Hebrews 4:11; “Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will perish by following their example of disobedience.” (NIV)

1 Peter 1:15-16; “15 But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; 16 for it is written: “Be holy, because I am holy.” (NKJV)

Moses initially hesitated to obey God’s commands, but he eventually overcame this struggle. He learned to trust God’s guidance and act according to His will. You will not access divine victory if you persist in disobedience. Remember God has called you to holiness. Be determined by His word to live a holy-life in words and actions before God. This is how you overcome disobedience. And you will still need the help of the Holy-Spirit to overcome disobedience to God and His word

Victory over doubt

Matthew 14:31; “Jesus immediately reached out his hand and took hold of him, saying to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt” ESV

As Moses faced challenges, his faith grew. He witnessed God’s faithfulness and reliability, which strengthened his resolve. Doubt gave way to trust, and Moses became a powerful instrument of divine will. “Have Faith In God, Don’t Doubt Him”. Also. According to Mark 11:23, your faith can move mountains

Victory in boldness

Proverbs 28:1b; “but the righteous are bold as a lion.” ESV

Ephesians 3:12: “In whom we have boldness and access with confidence through our faith in him.” ESV

Moses’ tone changed over time. He boldly confronted Pharaoh, demanding the release of the Israelites. His confidence and strength increased as he faithfully followed God’s instructions. As believers, in Christ Jesus we have boldness. Boldness to confront and defeat the spiritual Pharaoh’s confronting our lives in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. In Christ we have boldness to keep moving forward in life despite the obstacles on our path to fulfilling our divine assignment

Victories by God’s grace

Exodus 33:17; “So the Lord said to Moses, “I will also do this thing that you have spoken; for you have found grace in My sight, and I know you by name.” NKJV

Moses from age 80 till the time he died, God kept giving him victory upon victory as he led Israel against formidable enemies and obstacles. One of the key reasons that he had countless victories was because of God’s grace. God’s grace upon a person will give such a fellow, countless victories.

There is a divine grace that connects your life to countless divine victories. And it should be something we desire, something we seek God for in fervent and earnest prayer. That like Moses, Lord let me operate under your divine grace, all the days of my life, in Jesus Name

Victory in obedience

Isaiah 1:19; “If you are willing and obedient, You shall eat the good of the land;” NKJV

Moses learned that God sometimes asks us to do difficult things. Despite the challenges, he obeyed, leading the Israelites out of Egypt and toward the Promised Land. The key to progress, supernatural breakthroughs and operating in uncommon levels of the anointing is total obedience to God. You access divine victory through obedience to God

Conclusion: These victories demonstrate that spiritual growth is a process. Just as Moses didn’t become an unwavering servant of God overnight, our faith journey involves continuous learning, trust, and obedience. We too can seek victories in our lives by listening to God’s Word and acting upon it.
