Grace (for miracles) is when Jesus reaches out and touches you even when you don’t deserve it. He wins battles for you even when you have done nothing to merit it.
Luke 5:13, Jesus reached out and touched him. “I am willing,” he said. “Be healed!” And instantly the leprosy disappeared (NLT)
The leper based on Jewish custom was a societal outcast and was not supposed to be seen in the public domain, but the Grace for miracles (Jesus Christ), reached out to touch him and gave him a miracle even though it was against the societal norm.
Jesus shall reach out and touch you today in the name of Jesus.
Jesus shall reach out and touch your family in the name of Jesus.
Jesus shall reach out and touch your health in the name of Jesus
Let’s read Luke 5:12
Vs12a In one of the villages, Jesus met a man with an advanced case of leprosy.
Jesus is Grace Himself. And Grace met a man with an advanced case of leprosy. And this man had a dumbfounding testimony
You see as a believer your problems, no matter how big and complicated they are does not frighten God the Son one bit. Because all things must submit to Him, all things must submit to the power in God’s grace.
(1 Corinthians 15:27; For the Scriptures say, “God has put all things under his authority.” [a] (Of course, when it says “all things are under his authority,” that does not include God himself, who gave Christ his authority. NLT
All things whether physical, mental and spiritual submits to the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I decree over someone today, God’s grace shall meet with every problem confronting you and there shall be testimonies,
I decree over someone here today God’s grace shall meet with that difficult child today and there shall be testimonies
I decree over someone here today that God’s grace shall meet with your documents tied up in the home-office and there shall be testimonies
Some translation would say that “the man was covered with leprosy”, other translation would say “the man was full of leprosy”.
You see leprosy denotes problems in a man’s life.
Leprosy denotes the suffering in a man’s life. And there are some believers here listening to me and your life is covered with problems. There are some families listening to me and your family is full of suffering but God’s grace will meet you today.
Let’s read Psalm 9:9, “Many people are suffering”— crushed by the weight of their troubles. But the Lord is a refuge for them, a safe place they can run to (ERV)
You see many believers are suffering and the enemy is using the weight of their troubles to crush them.
The enemy is using the weight of the various troubles to oppress them. It’s like a man that has been given more than one cross-bar to carry and then someone keeps changing the weight to make it heavier and heavier until they collapse under that weight. Many believers are barely surviving, they may put up a smile in church but in the spirit, they are being choked by the weight of many problems put there by the enemy
But God’s grace is there for them as a refuge, God’s grace is there as a safe place for them to run to.
I don’t know what kind of trouble you are carrying on your head, maybe as a man you are carrying the weight of all the issues your family is facing,
Maybe as woman you are carrying the weight of loneliness. As a child of God, God says cast your cares upon Him for He cares for you
1 Peter 5:7; (casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully] AMP
Cast your cares, your weight upon His grace, for He cares for you. In fact the PHILLIPS translation says, “You can throw the whole weight of your anxieties upon Him, for you are His personal concern.”
Today I want you to cast the full weight of your problems upon His grace, because you are His personal concern
His grace (for miracles) is linked to His personal concern for you. His grace also means He will personally attend to you.
Let me give you an idea or a concept what it means for God to personally attend to you. When my children were babies, I would call my wife who was at home with them to speak to her on the phone, the moment one of them start to cry, she would say hold on, I have to attend to the children that are crying! And I have to hold on, even if it takes minutes, I have to hold on till she personally sorts out all the needs of the children in that moment in time.
In the same way when you cry to God in pain and in distress, God stops whatever He is doing to meet you at your point of need because of His grace over your life through Christ Jesus. Because you are all that matters to Him. So, let me speak to someone here who thinks that God has forgotten them. don’t believe the lie of the enemy, you matter to Him.
God’s grace has a personal touch upon the life of His children
Isaiah 63:9; In all their suffering he also suffered, and He personally[a] rescued them. In his love and mercy he redeemed them. He lifted them up and carried them through all the years (NLT)
And He (The God of all Grace) personally rescued them
I decree over someone here today, The God of all Grace will personally send the angels of His presence to deliver you today in the name of Jesus
I decree over someone here today, that The God of all grace will personally turn every mess in your life to a message of His mercy
I decree over someone here today that God of all grace will personally turn every mess in your marriage to a message of His Love today in the name of Jesus
At the appearance of His Grace (for miracles) in your life sickness disappears
Psalm 9:3; My enemies turn back when you appear; they fall down and die. (GNT)
At the appearance of God’s grace in your life, sickness and disease have to expire.
You see the Holy-Spirit is the Spirt of Grace. You can see that in the new testament in Hebrews 10:29 (talks of God’s judgement on those who disdain and insult the Spirit of Grace) and in the old testament in Zechariah 12:10
Zechariah 12:10a “And I will pour on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the Spirit of grace and supplication;
When the Spirit of Grace is poured upon a place where believers are gathered, there must be miracles in that place
And so when the manifest presence of the Spirit of Grace overshadows your life, sickness and disease must expire
I believe there is going to be an out-pouring of the Spirit of Grace here today and all forms of sickness must go
You see when Phillip preached to the crowd in Samaria, the Spirit of Grace was poured upon that meeting and there was all sorts of healing in that meeting. Let’s read from Acts 8:7-8 (NKJV)
7 Many evil[a] spirits were cast out, screaming as they left their victims. And many who had been paralyzed or lame were healed. 8 So there was great joy in that city
So when the spirit of grace manifest itself in a meeting, there will be great joy
When the spirit of grace manifest itself in a city or nation, without a doubt there will be revival in that city or nation and consequently there will be great joy in that city or nation
When the manifest presence of the spirit of grace is poured upon your life there will without a doubt be great joy coming out of your life.
When the spirit of grace manifest itself in a family, the result is great joy. So your marriage is lacking joy, Sir/Madam could it be the manifest presence of the Holy-Spirit is lacking in your home.
Today there will be healing, for the spirit of grace has been poured out and all kinds of healing will take place today.
The Holy-Spirit, The Spirit of Grace bring healing as a dimension of His grace
- Act 10:38: how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.
Notice that Jesus Christ while on earth was anointed with the Holy-Spirit. The metaphor here compares the Holy-Spirit with oil. We anoint with oil, and so Jesus was anointed with the Holy-Spirit, the Spirit of Grace. And because Jesus was anointed with the Spirit of Grace, He could administer healing to the sick. There is a dimension of the spirit of Grace that brings healing
- Romans 8:11; But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.
Notice that the Holy-Spirit has the capacity to bring life to your mortal bodies. Which also means or involves healing (healing certainly brings life to a sick body). Your mortal body is simply your physical body and so when the Spirit of Grace overshadows you, He has the power to bring strength and vitality to your body.
The expression “will also give life” is derived from a Greek word “poieo” means “To do”. This means some form of action is taken by or done the Holy-Spirit on your mortal body to make it conform to the standard of God’s word. It will certainly take the spiritual power of the Holy-Ghost to make deformed and defective cells in a sick body to function the way God made it to function
So just like in medicine when someone has cardio-respiratory collapse, we give them an electric shock to bring them back to life. This active electrical process generates enough electrical power to bring someone who is nearly dead back to life.
In the same manner when your body is plagued with sickness, the Spirit of Grace has to exert spiritual power or energy through your inner man to remove sickness in your body. So divine healing by the Holy-Spirit is not a passive spiritual process but an active spiritual process. So even if you don’t feel anything in the physical, healing power has been transferred by the Holy-Spirit into your body
Therefore, even if there any sickness in your body that is caused by demons the Spirit of grace has the power to force that demon out of your body and effect your healing. God bless you.
