- Habakkuk 2:2-3 (NKJV): “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.”
This means that God wants us to think about our goals and write them down so we can follow them. But sometimes, it takes time for those dreams to happen, and we need to be patient and trust God.
- Proverbs 29:18 (NKJV): “Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint; but happy is he who keeps the law.”

- Write It Down: Just like Habakkuk wrote down the vision, you can write down your dreams and goals. It could be something like:
- “I want to help people by being a doctor or teacher.”
- “I want to share God’s love by being kind and telling my friends about Jesus.”
- Be Patient and Trust God’s Timing: Sometimes, the things we hope for don’t happen right away. But that’s okay because God knows the perfect time to make things happen.
4. Life Application: What Can You Do Now?
- Think About Your Gifts: What are you good at? Maybe you’re great at drawing, singing, helping others, or solving problems. These talents can be part of God’s plan for you.
- Set Small Goals: For example, if you dream of being a musician, start by practicing every day. If you want to help others, look for ways to be kind at home or school.
- Trust God to Help You: Remember, you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. God promises to guide you.
- Proverbs 3:5-6 (NKJV): “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”
